I think I might be diabetic… do any other conditions have the same symptoms?

I’m scheduling a doctor’s appointment tomorrow, but I just want to ease my troubled mind tonight.
My symptoms are:
-Always Thirsty
-Extremely Tired
-Loss of Appetite
-Tingling in fingers and toes
-Problems concentrating
My dad was diagnosed with diabetes last year. I’m currently on 100 mg of Zoloft, but these aren’t side effects.

Depression
But definitely get tested for diabetes.
PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) has the some of the same effects of type 2 diabetes… If you’re female.
Symptoms of diabities are frequent urination and ants rounding the spills of the urine, having leg pains .
I have the symptoms to, but I don’t have the money to get the tests. I don’t have insurance. You could have low iron, low blood, high or low blood pressure, it could be a number of things. Go to the doctor, if you can. It could be nothing. It might be a low form of Diabetes if you do, so don’t worry. My mom just found out she has it, and she’s 45. She takes her medicine, and changing her eating and drinking habits, but she’s ok. They have wonderful ways of treating it. You could go to that Web MD to see what it says. But don’t get all worked up until you know for sure. Just relax, and don’t think about it.-I know, easier said than done, but try. Good luck. I hope everything works out for you.
Your iron may be low. I take Zoloft also and the Zoloft may add to the tiredness cause it causes drowsiness. If you’re young you just might be changing in your body, but I am anemic and always tired and thirsty. So I take a women’s vitamin. Stay away from so much sugar and pasta (that breaks down as sugar). Sugar can drop your energy also. I pray you’re not diabetic, my mother is so I know how you feel with your father. Take care of yourself and get ample rest. Your concentration might also be from anxiety. I am bipolar so I have to take an antidepressant (Zoloft) and a medicine for anxiety, jitters, and loss of concentration (Seroquel). I am a better person, more relaxed and calm, but I sleep a lot. Hope this helped!
While it does sound like diabetes, you should also get tested for Lupus. Both diseases are systemic, and sometimes camouflage one another. The test for Lupus is called AnA and is tested through the blood in three different ways, specifically in the ratio (the amount of times the blood had to be mixed with another product). I hope you get to feeling better soon, AND please get checked for diabetes as well as Lupus NOW to prevent any future (and near future) complications.
well, diabeties u are always REALLY hungry and can’t stop eating but loosing lots of weight and thats one of the symtoms thats more identfied with diabeties, u may have diabeties and i’d say deffiently get tested but it is probably something else
these symptoms might be diabtes if you also have increased frequency of passing urine, and if u feel hungry more often(which might not be there if u hav associated gastric problems)
u might have siadh(check the net on that)
the tingling points to diabetic neuropathy which might hav occurred due to diabtes(happens in other conditions too)
the concentration problems maybe due to plain ole depression or some metabolic imbalance or vitamin deficiency.
and at the end of the day, it might be only panic attacks
The bottom 3 are symptoms of Depression & the first 2 are Diabetes related symptoms.
Do you have a acidic taste in your mouth, or does your mouth smell this way? This is a definate sign of diabetes.
